Here's the gist of it: I love creating, but only have so much space in my home to keep everything. Sure, theres giving away crafts as gifts, but lets face it, not all of my family and friends are into the same things! eCRATER and ThePurpleLaugh give me the opportunity to keep right on doing what I love-- without running out of storage space!
I think the most appealing part of crafting to me is being able to have something EXACTLY the way I want it. I can use the very best materials, the EXACT colors I like-- everything will even be just the size I want it-- and at the end of the project I know I've got something genuinely unique.
